Missing plot

Hi,
My mother purchased a plot of 30x40. Now she is no more. The cerfied copy of plot registartion is with me. The registration was done by a society which empowered its secretary by way of GPA to execute sale deed (in 1987). Now i dont find the plot as per the sale deed. i asked the GPA holder i.e. secretary to locate and show me plot. He is not ready to give me my plot. What are legal remedies to get my plot? and force the secretary to give me the plot. Please suggest.

File a suit for declaration and possession.

Provide a legal notice to the Secretary first and then file a police complaint on the basis of a fraud committed upon you which shall definitely pressurize the Secretary and he shall have to cooperate with you otherwise the remedy o civil court is open for you at any time but within 3 years of date of knowledge of such fradulant act.

THEN YOU NEED TO TELL WHAT IS THERE ON THE SPOT INSTEAD OF PLOT?
IS BOUNDARY GIVEN IN SALE DEED?
