Car parking charges

Sir,
I have taken a flat from ansal proerties in lucknow (U.P).
The builder is asking for car parking charges.I have heard that car parking charges are included in the cost of flat and its not to be paid seperately.Is it correct?
and for my another flat I have already paid for my car parking.can i ask the builder to return the money charged for car parking?

Consideration money for car parking is always separate from flat.
I have not heard of cost of flat include cost of car parking.

The space for car parking cannot be sold as per judgment passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India recently so if you have already erroneously on the demand of builder have paid money for that purpose, demand it back and on failure, file a civil suit.

Demand back the money paid for car parking space.It is an amenity which he can not sale.
