Patil inam land sale in maharashtra

We are having " PATIL INAM " Agricultural Land in Maharashtra.
Can we sell the land ?
Are there any conditions for selling aforesaid land ?
Is prior permission of any authority required ?

Land laws are vastly different in each state.

Patil inam land cannot be sold frequently rather it requires the due permission of DM even if the same is required to be sold after the retaining period of 15 years.
