You have not mentioned the purpose for which valuation report is required. Mostly the institutions / departments requiring it have valuer on their panel and they accept the report prepared by them only. If it is not so, you can get the valuation by any Govt. approved valuer or any other valuer acceptable to them.

I require it for estimation of my house which I want to sell. So, it is not required by any institution. I want to know the actual value of my house as per Govt. norms. Please, guide on this....
