SIR,
MANY UNPROFESSIONAL PERSONS ARE PRACTISING LAW WITHOUT HAVING LAW DEGREE

WHETHER THERE IS ANY JUDGEMENT FROM COURT OR LAW . SO THAT WE CAN RESTRICT THEM

AS ONLY ADVOCATES SHOULD B ELIGIBLE TO PRACTISE IN LAW

What is the need for a judgment when only law graduates who are enrolled with the bar are entitled to practice? If some non advocate is found practicing then, a complaint can be filed against him.

Agree with the expert adv Archana ji. No need of law. Such people should be identified and should be kicked out.

IT IS SIMPLE.
IF YOU KNOW A PERSON PRACTICING LAW WITHOUT ENROLMENT WITH BAR COUNCIL OF STATE JUST REPORT THE MATTER TO POLICE OR COURT CONCERNED OR TO BAR COUNCIL AND STEREO WOULD SING ITS' SONG.

Lodge FIR against such persons, make written complaints against them to District Judge with direction to all courts not to entertain such persons as lawyers and strict disciplinary action by Bar Council and Bar Association.
