i have preferred a suit for specific performance of Agreement for sale. the suit property was transferred. there were three defendant, i had executed the suit agreement with Defendant No. 1. the suit property were transferred to Def. No. 2. there is a arbitration clause in suit agreement between me & Def. no. 1. Def No. 1 apply before the court u/s 8 of A. & c. Act. what stapes i can take? what remedy i have against def. No. 2.

If there is an arbitration clause duly accepted by you in the agreement to which you are relying upon in the suit then you have no other option but to accept it.

If there is arbitration agreement then civil court is stripped off its jurisdiction. Apply for reference to arbitrator.
