can any expert suggest the way get to know the salary/income proof of NRI working with a Multi National Co. at Kuwait
and can his property/salary be attached by Indian court in a maintenance proceeding against him

It is difficult to get information of income proof from foreign country,you can try through Indian Embassy.There is no provision of attachment in foreign country,the concerned country would not comply as their different laws.
Court can attached the husband's property which are situated in India on default of payment of maintenance allowance.You can file a petition under sec.82 Cr.P.C. in the same court if you have any information of property of husband.

It is difficult to get information from abroad.
If he has any property in India, the same can be attached.
Another option is to issue W/A.
