my mother having a built up house 40/40 2yrs back she has done a registered will for her 3 childerns,now my elder brother forcing my mother to give permission to construct a house on ground floor,what will be the feature consequence of the will,shall me and my sister will ask for some money coming out of the share which will we get according to the will,plz suggest.

A will has no legal value during his life time. Your mother is alive hence her will has no value at this time. If she accedes to the pressure of your brother then she can cancel her earlier will and can make a fresh wherein you both can be given equal share in the remaining property share clearly mentioning that she has already given more than due share to her eleder son.

Dear raj kumar makkad sir shall i com out of my share by asking some money wher as in feature i have no rights in my mother house,what is the best way,until my mother last breath the house must be in her name,plz advise.

it depends upon the relationship of you brothers and sisters. You shall have to take your final decision as per your convenience as per whims and wishes of your mother. Better to amicably settle the entire issues in the presence of your mother and near relatives so that it may be done for ever.
