Issue of passport

Hello Everyone,

While issuing passport birth certificate is compulsory for the child who was born after 21st January,1989. Can anyone give me the information that whether it is allowed to get passport issued after marriage of girl without the help of Birth Certificate.

Yes, production of birth certificate is necessary.
