Dear Experts,
I want to know whether wife can claim maintenance under CRPC 125 when maintenance already granted by HMA under section 24.

she can file claim under section 125 Cr Pc . draw attention of the court to fact that maintenance has already been awarded under HMA . court will consiider said fact while passing order

Anyone who would try shall have to hire a truck as judgement on 125 cr.pc by HC/Sc are as much as are hairs on head.

Was there any purpose of giving intimation to the experts through your post, "Sir, still I am searching the suitable reference no. or SC/HC judgements."
However, thanks for doing favour to the experts, if you think so.
But, you need to understand clearly, no lawyer has such a huge time to waste in search of SC/HC judgements, as may be relevant to your case, out of truckloads of judgments without any remuneration for their time and efforts.
By the way, how do you propose to utilise the said judgments?
Better hire services of some local advocate to help you appropriately.

Sir,
I am staying in small city i.e. Rewa (M.P.) . As my hearing is schedule on 16.09.2013 and my advocate is not able to find the said ruling and judgments.
