Distribution of immovable property through will

my mother holds a flat in her single name which she got it from my father. she wants to will the flat to her legal heirs in such a way my sister(95%) and myself(son)(5%). how does coop housing soc in which the flat is there implements such kind of will. wheather soc will make my sister member and i become the associate member or whether they will dispose the flat and give the proceed to us in the proportion what is mention in the will

society cannot dispose of the flat . it is only legal heirs who can do so . mother can by will bequeath flat to daughter and son . society will on application transfer th flat in name of legal heirs
