my alleged wife filed fir against 4 accused in ipc sec 498a. but in chargesheet expect husbsnd all the three accused were deleted ststing that there were no where in picture,
and the trail is going on.

in this stage what is the best counter case should i file.
please help i'll be great helpfull to you

Until your acquittal no counter case can be filed unless there is fresh cause of action for any.
