Try to locate LIC policy number from ITR file, bank a/c ( if payment was being made by cheque, on line) agent of LIC, development officer, or visit May I Help you counter of the branch, CRM section of LIC and the Manger can help you.
For PF number approach the employer.
The nominee is just the hand to receive the monies of the deceased and is duty bound to share it wit the legal heir.
For rights of legal heir refer to the succession laws of your religion……………..e.g Hindu Succession Act.
Wife and mother are amongst ClassI legal heir.
You can submit your claim in writing to LIC , employer…………………….and any other Institution that has to disburse the funds of the deceased.

Nominee do not mean that she shall get the entire accumulations, The EPF & LIC final amount shall be distributed among you, your daughter and your mother in law in equal share.
Your daughter shall also get pension from EPF department till she get married or up to 24 years which ever is earlier.
Contact the employer of your husband for this purpose.
