if one of my brother has falsely made a power of attorney of my and forged my signature .. stating I have given my share of the property to him.. now I have just come to know about this as I has applied for right to information.. just wanted to check what will be the consequences.. i am very very annoyed about this i want to teach him a lesson as he has done it twice without my knowledge.. but since he works overseas i don't want to hamper his carrier..
I also wanted to check if I go a head with it what will be my legal fees for the layer, court and the proceedings.

you will have to file criminal complaint of forgery , cheating , etc against him .contact a local lawyer

If you do not want to damage his carreer, take the help of common friends, advise him of the possible legal consequences. Try to solve it amicably, as he is your brother.

First of all be firm about your aim and object. Lesson through legal exercise means filing criminal case as well as civil suit against him which may even hamper his career and just lesson can be taught even through your common relatives and friends.
