sir
my wife has filed a complaint in caw cell related to 498a and said that i ask for dowry and beat her many a times for dowry only.
i have some audio clips in which she herslf clearly states that no dowry is asked either before or after marriage.
shall i go with the audio clips to the concerned acp or not ,is he gonna help as i never demanded for dowry ,i got married in dec 2012.
and how can i approach the media for the same

Dear Queriest,
My Advice:
1.File Transcript of Audio Recording in support of your reply. Evidence will be taken up if the matter goes for trial in court. There the said recordings can be prooved - under scientific/forensic evidence.
2.More importantly on a voluntary basis - go for Lie Detector Test at Truth Labs, Delhi or there centres across India per your convenience. Also give in writing at CAW cell that your wife may also make herself available for a polygraph test per NHRC guidelines.
In my opinion Polygraphs Tests should be made MANDATORY as an aid to enquiry - investigations in matrimonial matters....Rgds...

Preserve the evidence in your possession,after producing the same before CAW cell and you can produce it before the court as your side evidence during trial.

It will form part of the evidence. Court will accept or reject the evidence on merits.
