good morning sir...this is jiten ahuja here...actually i want to know that my client received notice form alwar rajasthan samjota adikari..my client is reputed private company and applicant is employee of that company
so my question is "samjota adikari alwar means labour court or what??pls tell me
and one more thing i want to know that can i sumbit my reply in english or i have to sumbit in hindhi only.

Yes, it is Conciliation Officer constituted under ID Act to dispel and amicably settle Industrial Dispute between Management and Workmen.

Being a law student, before handling any case, you need to go through the provisions of relevant law. So, please read Industrial Disputes Act forst. Hindi and English version of the law can easily be available in law book shops in your town or near to your town.
