Movable and immovable property

How can one know about the various movable and immovable property of a deceased person if one of the legal heirs is not given access to bank account,Fixed deposits, share certificates, other movable property such as Gold, Silver etc details of the deceased by the other heirs.

In such a case is it possible to get this information from RBI.

Only the legal heir of the deceased is entitled to such information.
