IF THEY ARE ASKING TO FORCE YOU OUT,FILE A SUIT OF INJUNCTION AND CONTINUE PAYING RENT AND IN CASE OF REFUSAL APPLY FOR THE SAME TOBE DEPOSITED IN COURT.
Advocate M.Bhadra (Expert) 20 July 2014
Eviction of Tenant is a lengthy process of laws.File a suit for Declaration and Injunction in Civil Court immediately and try to get an injunction over the property. Pay rent regularly, if the land lord refuse to accept the same then you should deposit it to the Rent Controller or to the Court after filing the suit.

Pay the rent regularly. In case of refusal get the permission to deposit in the court.

Well advised, agree with the experts.
