How to apply for a Notary

Respected Sir, I have completed seven years of sanad, now i want to apply for a notary, where & when i have to apply. what is the procedure? I have General Degree Certificate, is it required Special Degree Certificate? What documents are needed? Kindly reply sir.

Application form for notary public is provided by the Ministry of Law and Justice visit website india.gov.in.

Yes and but invites application only though public advertisements.
So be vigilant to notice such advertisement.
