Good Noon to all,
Dear Members,
Mrs. X got married with Mr. Y in May, 2013 and Mrs. X has a 6 months old child. Mrs. X is a working woman and getting higher salary then his Husband Mr. Y.
Now, due to personnel problem Mr. Y does not wont to continue marriage and demanded for divorce.
Would Mrs. X and her child (6 months old) be entitled to get any alimony and rights from Mr. Y.??

minor child would be entitled to maintenance from father . however since wife is working and drawing higher salary she wont get any maintenance

Thanks a lot, i think in case of mutual agreement of divorce woman will not get any compensation but what if husband want to De-associate and doing pressurize for divorce??
have any protection to wife??

If wife is not willing nobody can force him for divorce.
