Some year ago in my absence nagar nigan diged a handpump on my housing plot.To day i construced house above said plot.but in presence of handpump some distrubance raised in construction. Several application gave to the mc for dismental said handpump.but no action has been taken by the MC till date.In such condition what can I do sir?

If the Corporation has encroached your property you may issue a legal notice to the authorities to remove the same, failing to invoke any response to the notice, you can file a suit for mandatory injunction, consult a local lawyer and proceed ahead.

Send legal notice to the corporation and in case of no action approach court.
