Respected Sir,
I have a small shop in chandigarh undeveloped area. But when I purchase shop from buyer the buyer had no proof of his possession nor any registry documents. I have purchase the shop from buyer on a simple paper mentioning receiving amount and date from whom etc. But after many year I try to resale the shop the seller desire registry documents. In lack of registry documents the seller did not purchase my shop. Kindly suggest me how can I sell my shop without legal documents.
Kindly how I prove my legally possession over my shop because the original seller to whom I purchase shop is no more.
Please advise appropriate.
thanks.

You have not purchased the shop legally then how can you sell it.
If you acted unwisely do not expect whole word to do so.
why should one buy a property from which does not belong to you or never belonged to the person from who you took it without registry.

Registered sale deed is required for a legal sale which is absent in your case. If you try to sale it without proper title in your favor, it amounts to fraud.
Find out who is the owner of it and try to have legal title by amicable settlement.

Apparently you have bought in 'Lal Dora' Area from someone that occupied the land or from some property dealer.
Based on document of receipt of payment in your hand either move to collect it back from alleged seller.
You may discuss with some experienced property dealer of the area or a lawyer to understand what you have done and can do.
