what is abnormal to get court certificate please, any unsound person per se need to get guardian certificate

No, an unsound person cannot be appointed as guardian by court.

I agree with Vashista sir. I have not followed the query properly.

Anybody, relatives or well wishers can apply in the court for the guardian to the unsound major muslim.

Before that it should be declared by the court that she is unsound.

Unsoundmind sister filed g&Wc case before civil court. But Court wants is their any judgment in this regard.
