Transfer of civil suit case

Respected Sir / Madam,
We have filed a Ancessional property (Located in Daund Dist) related Suit case in Jt. Civil Judge JD and JMFC, Tal Daund, Dist Pune on 06 Jul 2013 and no positive response received from our appointed lawyer, still we have not attended any hearings, current status is - Awaiting Summons. Therefore we are planning to transfer the case to Pune City court. Is it possible to transfer the case to Pune city court and if us, can you please let me know the procedure.

No,your case can not be transferred.jurisdiction to hear and try the case lies at Daund where the property situates.

Case can be heard only by a court having jurisdiction. If your lawyer is not attending the case properly, change the lawyer.

Pune courts cannot adjudicate your case since the property is situtated in Daund.
If your lawyer is not performing properly change.
