Sir i will file a divorce.me and my husbnd are agree for a mutual divirce as i love someone else.but now my family members are trying to get me into jail at any cost.is it pissible?and they are treatng me in a very cheap way.so may i file manhani case against them?

Mutual Consent Divorce is the Best Remedy.When your husband is Co Operative for MCD there should be No Issues he being a gentle man.If your affair is before marriage you should not have married at all and if this affair is after wards It is Totally Un Fair on your Part.

Any how do not worry or bother about others interference and Ignore them by making a Complaint Against them you will put your self in Embarasment including your husband

If both are agree you can proceed for Mutual consent divorce.

What are the basis of filing manhani against your parents?

Better avoid any legal steps, life is long and time would solve the problem.

Instead of giving some good treatment to your parents, taking them to court is not a good reward for their affection till date.
