What is best & safe way of giving property on rent to avoid future litigation and property vacate by the owner as per his choice and terms of agreement.
please help and suggest with sample document and expenses thereof.

Only mutual trust, cooperation and honest dealing between the owner and the tenant is the best & safe way of giving property on rent. Nothing else. Legal ways are based on doubts of minds and distrust.

Fix the terms of lease including the lease period, rent, security deposit, terms of termination, extension etc. Pay the charges of stamp duty and registration charges and get the leave and license agreement thoroughly registered with the office of the sub-registrar.

If believe in legal agreement, better get your rent agreement drafted from some very well experienced lawyer by paying him appropriate fee for his job.
