How i can diamiss the case based on juridiction. My wife filed maintenancr case but she mentioned that she asked for money and i rejected her demand at her home. I was not at her home and that proof i have with me. How to proceed pl advice

This is not a question of jurisdiction, Even if her statement proved to be wrong, her claim of maintenance u/s 125 does not erase. The petition can only be fought on merit and that is whether she is entitled to claim maintenance or not.

She can file case at her home town. maintenance claim may not be effected from your proofs.
