How to change the advocate without his noc

Advocate is blackmail me in my property case so change the advocate without his noc please say me

Please do not use such words like Black Mail etc against our advocates.Send a Registered Post with acknowledgements requesting for Change of Vakhalat enclosing the Prescribed Forms.If any Dues are Pending from your Side Please Clear It.If you do not Receive any Communication after 15 days of Receipt of Letter from your earlier advocate New Advocate Could file Change of Vakhalat enclosing the copies and acknowledgement of letters sent to earlier advocate.

Have you tried to ascertain the cause of inordinate delay as alleged by you? You have to approach another independent person to find out the cause.In case ,the delay is not on genuine ground any other Advocate will come forward to rescue you out.
