AFTER MARRIAGE SHE WENT ABROAD WITH HER HUSBAND AS A DEPENDENT AND HENCE COULD NOT PRACTICED AND NOT STUDIED INTERNATIONAL LAW. NOW SHE IS ARRIVING HER NATIVE COUNTRY (INDIA) PERMANENTLY. NOW CAN SHE CONTINUE PRACTICE AS A LAWYER OR SHALL SHE ENROLL AGAIN IN BAR COUNSEL?

No need of fresh registration in the given circumstances. She has to pay any pending dues of the council / local bar.

While I endorse the view by experts, I am afraid, she may have problem in complying with the provisions of "the Certificate and Place of Practice (Verification) Rules, 2015" of the Bar Council of India, if compliance to the said Rules have already been commenced by the State Bar Council. Perhaps, some experts from Andhra Pradesh would enlighten on this.
