Respect all
One of my relative is arrested with charas drug but they are two persons in car and total quantity of chars is 1.600 kg and police divided it in both of them equally 0.800 kg each and now he is in jail and first date of charge sheet in month end. and please suggest me what we can do so our relative should not get punishment or get less punishment. this quantity of drug is greater than small quantity but less than big quantity. as mentioned in drug control act please provide your valuable feedbacks and suggestions thanking you

Engage a prudent local lawyer practicing in criminal cases.

In Narcotic cases bails can not get that much easily as this offence is a serious one against the good society. If the case is proved punishment is also severe.
These cases mainly depend on the evidence produced and their proving.
Personally I do not advice this type of cases. Sorry.....

As rightly observed and opined by expert Mr. Goud above, it would be better you engage a skilled lawyer to get out of the mess at least temporarily.
