Shocking... What is the relation between query and name? Why name is compulsory to seek legal help?
I think laws also prohibit the disclosure of the identity of a rape victim and information potentially leading to the identification of rape victims.
(News : Delhi High Court: Rape victims names should not be disclosed in the.....).
WEBSITE OWNER PLEASE LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER.
If i reveal name then readers may easily understand name of victim also. This is open public forum and not private.
If experts not interested in anonymous query then it's perfectly fine. Thank you.

Mr. or Ms. Anonymous,
According to your query, neither you are the concerned victim, nor you have been raped, nor the experts have asked you about the identity of your friend, if any raped, nor your query is listed under criminal law indicating even slightly about rape of anyone. They simply asked you to give query in your own name instead with anonymity.
So, your plea is quite irrelevant that too for your purely academic query.
Can you please clarify, what is the exact hitch in making a mention of your name while asking a query?
Also, on what ground your query about abuse should be considered to be the query on rape issue.

Im also law professional. What you want to do with my name?
It's my mistake i am arguing with such persons who even don't know sensitivity of case. My case is related to one of the burning case of this week in India. You are really unprofessional as saying NEITHER YOU ARE RAPED.... I am going to file complaint to Ministry of Law for such unethical practices via online forum.

Dear Client,
If your friend is raped she has to fight for her rights and go to the police station and file FIR under Section 375 of IPC. She can file a case under Nirbhaya Act also. Now even the juvenile justice act has been amended to cover 16 hear olds or raping a woman or minor they would be faced with stringent punishment as per current law after flawless prosecution. Either death Penalty or Life Imprisonment would be awarded to the rapist/s. RAPE IS NO LONGER A STIGMA. iT'S A social malaise and be routed out from our patriarchal society due to which moral policing etc are going on defining the constraints to women in which she has to live. If she crosses Lakshman RekHA Rape. Sexual harassment etc may be perpetrated on her person. encourage YOUR FRIEND AND HER FAMILY AND YOUR SELF TO FILE AN FIR with the nearest police station to the place of occurrence of the crime. If you appreciate this answer please click the thank you button on my profile.

Good, a law professional with his quite unprofesional attitude towards his fellow professionals, posed to be a judge declaring the members to be unprofessional!
Now the querist has FLED AWAY deleting his account after flashing his last message for the members declaring as shame on members.
The question arises, was it a matter of shame for the members or himself, claiming to be a law professional, who did not have courage to introduce himself to the fellow members. This attitude, in itself reveals uncalled for distrust on his part on the fellow members.
First of all, being a law professional, he should have introduced himself appropriately and given his own views about the case, instead of posting an academic query, and would have asked for the opinion of his fellow members as of help to solve his problem.
However, if he was so secretive, he could well have used the PM to send full description of his problem to some selected and trusted members to ask for help by dicussing the case history and background of the case, rather than adopting the course of posting examination like question paper method by posting an academic type query without any discussion of background of the case.
But still that was not the end, he preferred to make sarcastic remarks on the participating fellow members in the open forum without caring for their respect and honour.
The members may therefore like to ponder, whether the members responding to his query should feel shame or the querist should be ashamed of his unprofessional attitude on account of his dare devil mistakes, while dealing with his professional fellow members?
