I HAVE MADE AN RTI LETTER TO THE GOVERNMENT ORGANISATION ABOUT A MATTER RELATED TO CORRUPTION OF GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS INCLUDING SOME OUTSIDER. THE CASE IS THE INFORMATION WHICH I ASKED MAY REVEALS SOME BAD THINGS/CORRUPTION OF THE OUTSIDER AND GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS. AFTER 3 DAYS OF SENDING THE LETTER I HAVE BEEN TREATED BY THE OUTSIDER BY DIFFERENT SOURCES WHICH IS HARD TO PROOF. THE LICK OF RTI LETTER BY GOVERNMENT OFFICERS MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO ME. WHAT STEPS TO BE TAKEN. WHAT SHOULD I DO PLEASE GIVE YOUR OPINION.

Dont worry such thing happen in society. Give police complaint about this. Show full case file to local lawyer and discuss in detail.

Respected Bharat Sir, Can I file a complain before the 1st Appeallate authority about the matter and then an FIR against unknown sources.
2nd Querry is that Can i known the earing of the Government Officials and their properties with the help of RTI or from different LAW/Act. that from where the sources have been come, That they have made such a huge empire of property. Does Lok pal will help regarding the issue and Black money of the Government officials.

From RTI you can not seek information regarding third person.
For threat you can lodge complaint with the police.
If you have proofs of corruption, lodge complaint with the vigilance department.

Anyhow, you are yet to receive the information. Why to make hasty conclusion based on assumptions and presumptions?
Practically you have been able to convey nothing worth understanding the problem.

I agree with experts. However, what is the specific information/ document sought by you? Whether it is barred under section 8 or 9 of the Right to Information Act, 2005? Consult a local senior lawyer for proper appreciation of facts
