Can bank transfer a disabled staff from his initial place of posting after 05 years of service at the initial posting branch, by telling that now "we r posting at your home place". Though i have not ask for the transfer, Due my medical need as disability concern is being well attended at gov't hospital, presently posted at. I requested for not transferring me by Placing the cause in front of authority in written. But the Bank didn't listen to.And transferred me. Please help.

MoF has issued guidelines for transfer of employees that should be available at bank website.
You have made a representation.
Try by escalating to superiors and involve bank employee's unions.
Try to resolve amicably.

State Bank of India has adopted procedure / set rule / instructions for transfer of Physically challenged employees. whether the set guidelines were overlooked in your case? If so, send humble letter to DGM through proper channel. Write to SBI staff Association General Secretary.
Transfer after 5 years is normal exercise as per bipartite agreements, guidelines has to be followed.

Nothing more to add, very well advised by experts, I fully agree.
However, since you have opted for joining the bank service with liability of being transferred to the organisational requirement, wherein your welfare is secondary.
You may seek help from Disability Commission or Employees Union or any other forum. But the representation has to be in a polite and humble manner asking for an obligation by the management since the transfer of employees is governed by Bank rules/policy and procedure, which is binding on you as well, among other employees.
