Women right on fathers self acquired property

Hello,here I have some doubt's
According to hindhu succession act 2005 ,every children gets wether boy or girl will get equal share in fathers self acquired property after fathers death
My doubt is
My father in law has 1 son ,two daughters,one daughter got married in 2008 I,e my wife.
Here my question is how many ways does a father can transfer his self acquired property towards his only son ,I heard about WILL, other than will is father has any choice to transfer his self acquired property towards son?

The Hindu male can dispose his self acquired property in his life time by a valid/registered deed in anyone’s favor e.g; WILL, Sale,gift, settlement etc etc

Your father in lw can sell / gift / mortgage / bequeath a will for his self acquired property in favor of anyone, no one can object.

If yes he can deal with his estate and property in the manner as pleased to him.
