R/Sir
My friend while she was working in teaching profession , she demanded earned leave for ten days from his principal in July 2012. The principal accepted her demand by taking application. But principal put question marks in attendance register instead of filing earned leave and he deduct ten days pay from his July salary. Principal doesn't report to his higher officials. Now she changed her department .for this she have taken NOC from department. The principal verified this period in her service book. Can she get her ten days arrears now.

If the leave is sancctined even now, then she/he can obtain Non-drawal Certificate from the previous employer and then can draw the arrears with present employer.

The leaves were not sanctioned on the application and the fact was seconded by deducting the pay of the period. The effected person accepted the position till long time.
Now if the matter is taken up again, there are possibilities that the school amend the issued NOC mentioning as issued due to clerical mistake.
The position would not be favorable for the employee.

Mr. Sudhir Kumar has rightly pointed out.
When you don't know the position, how that period of 10 days of absence was regulated 4 years back in the verified service of your friend in the service book, the relevance of putting such question becomes questionable?

As per my knowledge, Her principal was little bit depressed person. He verified the service of that controversial period in her service book. There are two more lady teachers who are also have the same case with this principal

Mr. Arvind,
Nobody here has asked you about the state of mind of the Principal while verifying service of your friend. Controversy is not in the period of leave, but in your own statement, not being clear about the position about treatment of absence on official records.
You have still not clarified, how that period of 10 days' absence was regularised, as per available service record in the verified service book.
