I have filed DV case against my husband and my 2 yrs old daughter is with them from the last 3months. I just want my daughter is there any way to get her custody as soon as possible.

Your lawyer should have moved application for interim order for child custody/visitation that would have been decided immediately. The main DV complaint case may take many months to decide.
