Gratuity benefits

Dear concern

I had joined Hdfc bank 17/09/2012 and my last working day is 14/07/2017. I had write to HDFC Bank Helpdesk for my gratuity benefits . But HDFC Bank Helpdesk denied as I was not completed five years in this bank.

Please guide me can I apply my gratuity benefits

Why helpdesk, why not applied to your controlling HR department of the HDFC Bank? When you dial a wrong number any response can be expected from that.

Send your claim on the prescribed form-I. to the HR department. Let them deny formally.
