sir..... my name is bala krishna chirra ..... recently born a new baby to me..... can i put name as lakshmi yallavula. .... i want change my baby initial in the date of birthcertificate... still i didnt taken the certificate..... if possible ? what is the procedure?as per which section? if not why? please give me a advice.....

It is wise to think twice before christening name at the time of registration of birth.
