Sir, I have registered a FIR against my neighbour last week for house trespassing, criminal intimidation, insult, hurt etc of bnss. Still he is committing such offences. They are recorded as CCTV is there. What can be best done under such situation?

If the police have not arrested him then he may think that the police is not serious about the complaint, hence you may approach the senior police officer to get the accused arrested for the continuous offences despite a FIR is registered.

The facts posted are less than convincing. It appears that there are deeper issues. Please post complete facts.

If your neighbour is committing offences, why did you ask him to stop such things and he does not, then you will file a criminal complaint against him.

When complaint has already been registered, what is the opinion and advise of the lawyer engaged by you ?? Have you lost faith in your lawyer ??? Why do you want second opinion of experts on the basis of limited facts ?
