Is it advisable to display a disclaimer clause in a blog which covers financial, social, political and cultural matters.
If yes, please suggest a good format.

Yes it is always advisable to put a disclaimer blog with a noting that the postings are only the individual opinion of the person who has made such posting and the blog has got nothing to do with it nor is trying to advocate such opinion.
However to avoid any trouble it is better to avoid such postings which has the potential to hurt the sentiments of a particular religion , caste or creed. No posting or article should be encouraged unless the writer has got strong reasoning or proof behind such article.
