if you are an advocate you have right to practice law in any Court including the Supreme Court under the provisions of Advocate Act. but in Supreme Court a petition can be filed only through an advocate on records. However, you can plead and argue the the case.

Watch the SC website and get the date of exam for AOR. Take the exam and get registered.

An Advocate with five years experience (out of which 1 year training under an Advocate on Record) is eligible to sit for the Advocate on Record Examination being conducted by the Supreme Court of India.
