Whether both husband and wife have to go together to file divorce under section 23B or anyone can file it taking the papers signed by both husband and wife ?

only husband and wife can sue jointly as per section 13B of Hindu married act.

Both husband and wife have to jointly file petition for divorce u/s13B of Hindu Marriage Act before the Family court/District Judge.
