will one person get two shops of dda in allotment

In 1975 DDA alloted the iron and steel shops in naraina ,one person gets two shops by forgery can we go to court for cancel his one shop or a person get two shops?

Yes file a writ against the issuing authority highlighting the alleged forgery.

Besides challenging the allotment by way of filing a writ petition as suggested by Mr. Devajyoti Barman, you can also file a criminal complaint for the offence of forgery etc.

If it id forgery why wasting time? Lodged a criminal complaint before the Police.
