Why court gives further date

sir i asked you many times about my case about my case that we have registered gift deed of the plot by paying stamp duty and my uncle has made a fraud unregistered will of my grandmother that my grandmother gave plot to him but the date on the will was three years earlier than the gift deed registered abd we go to court for injuctiion of the plot and the court give us the injuction stay of the plot by order but gives us the order . Sir i want to ask you that why court give us the further date when they made the order. Sir please reply my query.

Please make the query clear. may be in ur case the court give an interim stay to you which will have effect till the disposal of your case.
