Sir, May I know the process involved in the execution Process or petition for maintenance for me and my child given as Ex Parte Decree in my Favor.

Same as earlier petition for maintenance.
You have to file the execution petition for payment of arrears amount and send the notice to the husband.

Thereafter if the husband fails to turn up, the court would first issue Distress Warrant and then Warrant of arrest for enforcing the payment.
