Sirs,
I am a victim of false DV case against me and my whole family I was also harrassed for 498A but the high court quased case against my whole family except me.
My question is there any provision to get quashing for my family members espcially for ladies? Bcuz this is a false case my xwife hardly stayed at my home for 2 months and its almost 5 years now she has seperated and took customary divorce. Plz help me how to get rid of DV for my family members bcuz they my siblings are married and now staying in another state.

as far as Dv cases are concerned high courts are generally reluctant to quash the same .
the veracity of allegations made in complaint relating to domestic violence have to be proved by complainant . number of judgements wherein courts have directed respondents to face trial and if aggrived come in appeal .

in your case you have stated that you have stayed together for only 2 months and 5 years since you have been separated . we do not know the allegations made in complaint . it is advisable to contact a local lawyer . based on his inputs you can decide whether to file for quashing or not

what are the allegations and does that prove the Domestic Violence. So please give details of the same to clarify the same.
