Valid or enforciable contract in law

sir,

i am saling my land to one person, at time of taking possession purchaser has agreed to pay 50% of the amount , and am leaving out of country i want to appoint my one my cusin as my agent to recover remaining 25 lakh rupees from purchase , because i have taken loan from my cusin , is this is valid agreement

Well the constituted attorney can execute sale deed on your behalf.
If you owe your cousin some amount of money which is almost equal to what is due to him then give him registered POA.
The POA holder can execute sale deed , receive the sale proceeds and give valid acknowledgement.

if i give the power of attorney , how much we need to pay fees for 25 lakh remaining amount , this agreement only for receiving amount , all registration will be complete by me , which one is durable and legal
