what is the percentage of interest defaulter is liable to pay . I have cheque of half payment can i ask the defaulter in the notice of 138 for complete payment.Pls. help

only cheque amount . if you want to recover outstanding amount with interest file summary suit .

in summary suit you can claim 18% pa

can i mention it in notice i want to add this line along with interest @ ____ % per annum till the time of actual payment within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of this notice, failing which I would be constrained to take necessary action against you in the competent court of law at your risk and cost.

is it correct
