Necessry documents for passport.

(Querist) 02 June 2014 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir/ Madam,

My wife an me both are applied for Fresh passport and our appointment date is on same date.
I am working in private sector, however my wife is in Govt.sector.
I have one question that if my wife is submit Annexure "M" then it is compulsory to me that submit Annexure "B" & Annexure "I"?
It is impossible to get Annexure "B" with dully filed from my wife office.

In my opinion, apart from your wife submitting annexure M (NOC), you may have to submit annexure B (Identity certificate from her department if you are a dependent on her), besides the annexure I to be submitted which is a standard affidavit.

Dear Sir,
Thanks for your reply.

I wish to inform you that it is impossible to get Anexxure B dully filled by departmental heads from my wife office.
So is it makes any problem at time appointment date since our appointment is on same date.

Can i take written letter from her department that they can not give this type of Annexure "B"?.

Also let me no if they not give Anexxure "B" then is is necessary to me that submit Annexure "I"

Regards,

Pravin

This Annexure B is to be submitted if you are a dependent on your wife, if not it is not necessary, just an affidavit as per format in annexure I will be sufficient besides annexure M by your wife.
