Dear,My name is Amreen Khan currently working in ucn cable pvt ltd since 2 years. it's all ok till now but the new general manager torture for every time by a very bad manners. He is not respecting female and says that you will be out even for your single mistake. Sir i am a normal human being & belong to middle class family. i am the responsible person in my home alone how much i have to bear him although there is not my mistake there is 4 person with me to handle the job but whenever mistake is done i always pointed by him although my coligue know that how much i sinciar in my job. His behaviour is realy much. sometimes i feel to suicide what i do please suggest me.

file a complaint against him before higher authorities of your company. if they are not ready to take action against him then file a complaint before police or court

The onus to prove in any domestic inquiry shall fall upon you.
Record his tantrums and threats (audio/visual/witnesses)........and this shall come handy and useful at appropriate time in appropriate forum...
He might not be doing it without tactical approval of his bosses and his bosses and he and even HR may do everything to defend his actions!
Handling the Boss is also a skill and any skill can be acquired.
However employee should defend his interest and watch his steps.
Rowdiness of bosses and rudeness at workplace is not a new thing.
If you are sincere and your employer/owners are aware and you have a rapport apply it and request to mend his ways!
If suitable inform employee's/Trade Unions/Grievance Redressal Committee/Works Committee/Internal Council etc....... and let them intervene on record........
If you are apprehensive change and be with some good employer with good HR practices.
If you are good you shall be in demand list of many good employers..........
Your separation shall be loss for current GM/employer and let it be.....
Best place to fight is the market place....
